What's Distance?

Mobile social media has made it's way into the homes of people internationally, and with its new found popularity people have been more connected than ever.

Mobile social media is revolutionary and has allowed for people to connect effortlessly.  Checking in on somebodies day has never been easier, special life moments don't have to be missed because of distance and people "drift apart" far less often.

Social networking applications on mobile devices allow for people to "check in" throughout the day and give people an idea of what they're doing.  This means that their friends and family can always see what they're up to, even who they're with and a picture of where they are.  Mobile devices such as smart phones even allow for people to shoot a quick email, Facebook message or text message on the fly making it easier than ever to communicate with people.  Mobile social media is convenient and it's only getting better.

Recently with the launch of the Apple iPhone4, a newer technology known as FaceTime has been brought into the public eye.  Now, not only can individuals send "text" messages or still images to their loved ones,  they can also share live life moments over their smart phones as well.  The Apple iPhone commercial shares special moments in life being shared via FaceTime.. but I don't want to ruin it for you, watch for yourself!
